The research aims to identify efforts to restore the role of father's spirituality as a role model in the family and explore positive experiences and formulate transformative measures. In the context of the Christian family, the father has a central role not only as a breadwinner and protector of the family, but also as a spiritual role model that helps the family grow in faith, hope and love through responsibility and closeness to God. In the midst of technological challenges and crisis of faith and morality, efforts are needed to revive the spirituality of the father as a source of inspiration and example in the family. This study uses the Appreciative Inquiry method, which is an approach that focuses on exploring positive strengths and experiences, values, and potentials that individuals and family communities have to encourage constructive change. The research process is directed through four stages, namely Discovery (exploring positive experiences), Dream (formulating hopes and visions), Design (developing development strategies), and Destiny or Delivery (realizing commitments and real actions). Through this approach, it is found that the potential and good practices in family life can be developed to strengthen the spirituality of fathers, including through life examples, joint prayer, child faith assistance, open communication, and the appreciation of Christian values in daily life. Thus, the father's spirituality is expected to be more real in building a faithful, harmonious, loving, and responsible family.
