Abstract

The independent curriculum is being discussed at this time as an effort to restore learning after the pandemic. Curriculum development should be directed holistically, competency-based, contextual, and personalized. The independent curriculum expected will have the same direction. Concerning the effort to implement this independent curriculum, the government has implemented a “Sekolah Penggerak” program as a pilot project for the development of school programs as an effort toward implementing this independent curriculum. Currently, there are not many schools that implement “Sekolah Penggerak” program. Based on this, this service program seeks to develop an independent curriculum based on the best practices of the “Sekolah Penggerak” program. It is expected that schools that have implemented “Sekolah Penggerak”program can disseminate and collaborate with the UPI Curriculum Development Study Program to foster schools that have not implemented it.
