This study aimed to analyze the effect of the Learning Management System (LMS) on the learning participation of participants in the Government Employee with Work Agreement (PPPK) orientation training at UPT Balai Diklat Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Jember. This research employed a quantitative associative approach. The population consisted of 68 participants, all of whom were selected as the research sample using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation and analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, simple linear regression, and t test. The results indicated that the Learning Management System had a positive and significant effect on learning participation, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), a t value of 5.352, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.303. These findings indicate that the implementation of LMS enhances participants' engagement through easier access to learning materials, user friendly system features, and better interaction during the training process. Therefore, the Learning Management System is an important factor in improving participants' learning participation.
