Abstract

Based on preliminary studies, researchers identified the difficulty of early childhood education institutions analyzing the characteristics and implementation of visionary leadership, identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, and assessing its impact on the development of future-oriented education in Indonesia and Malaysia. Based on observations from TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal VII in Kediri City and Indonesia Kuala Lumpur School (SIKL) in Malaysia, the researchers identified the problem. However, strengthening inter-institutional collaboration, improving the professionalism of education management, innovating technology-based services, and developing a sustainable financing system are needed to ensure effective and high-quality development of Indonesian education services in Malaysia. Based on this, researchers will conduct a study on the Visionary Leadership of Early Childhood Education Principals in Realizing Future-Oriented Education in Indonesia and Malaysia. This study employs a quantitative approach, specifically a descriptive-correlational (associative) research design. The quantitative approach was selected because the study aims to objectively and measurably examine the influence of school principal visionary leadership on the development of future-oriented education within early childhood education institutions in Indonesia and Malaysia. The study's findings will be analyzed based on the characteristics of visionary leadership, its implementation, and its influence.
