Efektivitas Model Make A Match Berbantuan Media Flash Card terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SD pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Materi Keberagaman Budaya

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in Pendidikan Pancasila, particularly on cultural diversity material, at SD Negeri Gajah 1 and SD Negeri 2 Cabean, Demak Regency. This study aimed to analyze the differences in students’ learning outcomes before and after implementing the make a match learning model assisted by flash cards and to determine its effectiveness in improving students’ learning outcomes. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population consisted of 49 fifth-grade students, with students of SD Negeri Gajah 1 as the experimental class and SD Negeri 2 Cabean as the control class. Data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis included the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Levene’s homogeneity test, Paired Sample T-Test, Independent Sample T-Test, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. Both the Paired Sample T-Test and Independent Sample T-Test obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The experimental class achieved an average N-Gain of 66.24%, categorized as moderately effective, while the control class achieved 47.90%, categorized as less effective. Therefore, the make a match learning model assisted by flash cards had a significant effect and was moderately effective in improving students’ learning outcomes on cultural diversity material.
