Uncontrolled hypertension contributes to kidney damage and may accelerate chronic kidney disease progression, while early kidney impairment often develops without specific symptoms. This community service program aimed to improve public awareness of the relationship between hypertension and kidney health, conduct preliminary risk-factor screening, and strengthen the capacity of community health cadres in Sokaraja Kulon Village. The program was implemented in July 2025 through blood pressure measurement, random blood glucose testing, urine dipstick screening, health education using booklets and leaflets, and health cadre training. Results were analyzed descriptively using frequencies and proportions. Sixty-one participants underwent blood pressure measurement; 31 (50.8%) were categorized as stage I hypertension and 11 (18.0%) as stage II hypertension according to the classification used during the program. Among 58 participants who underwent random blood glucose testing, 5 (8.6%) were categorized as prediabetic and 2 (3.4%) as diabetic, requiring further clinical evaluation. Urine dipstick screening among 55 participants identified elevated urine pH in 5 individuals (9.1%). Ten health cadres completed training and were considered capable of supporting blood pressure monitoring and simple urine screening. Integrating risk-factor screening, health education, and cadre empowerment can support early identification of kidney health risks at the community level. Screening findings should not be interpreted as a diagnosis of kidney disease and require appropriate clinical follow-up.
