Sosialisasi dan Pendampingan Pembuatan QRIS bagi UMKM di Desa Dewi Sri sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Literasi Keuangan Digital

Abstract

This Community Service Program (KKN) aims to improve the digital financial literacy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dewi Sri Village by providing an understanding of the functions, benefits, and use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a digital payment method. This program also seeks to enhance the ability of MSME owners to register for, create, and implement QRIS in their daily business transactions. The program was implemented through educational sessions, presentations on the benefits of digital payments, interactive discussions, and direct assistance in the QRIS registration and implementation process. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the program's implementation and impact. The results indicate that educational activities and direct assistance helped improve MSME owners' understanding of digital payment systems, particularly QRIS, while providing practical experience in its registration and use. Furthermore, this program encouraged MSME owners to adapt to rapidly evolving financial technologies. QRIS implementation is expected to improve transaction efficiency, facilitate convenient payments for consumers, and support more modern business management practices. Overall, this KKN program contributes positively to improving digital financial literacy, strengthening MSME competitiveness, and accelerating the sustainable digital transformation of payment systems in Dewi Sri Village.
