Abstract

Indonesia is a nation characterized by ethnic, cultural, linguistic, and religious diversity. Amid this pluralistic context, Generation Alpha is growing up in a digital era marked by open access to information, global interactions, and rapid social change. These developments present both opportunities and challenges in shaping personal identity, particularly in understanding diversity and religious life. Therefore, education is essential to fostering inclusive values while maintaining individual faith identities. In this regard, the christian school plays a strategic role in shaping Generation Alpha’s character, faith, and attitudes toward diversity. This study aims to analyze the role of the christian school in fostering religious inclusivity among Generation Alpha. It employs a library research method by examining relevant literature, including the Bible, theological books, scholarly journals, academic articles, and previous studies on Generation Alpha, Christian education, inclusivity, and religious pluralism. The data are analyzed qualitatively through content analysis to identify key concepts and educational strategies for cultivating inclusive attitudes. The findings reveal that the christian school can promote inclusivity through Christ-centered faith education, character formation, role modeling, constructive dialogue, digital media engagement, and social activities that encourage respect for diversity. Such education helps Generation Alpha recognize the equal dignity of every human being as God’s creation, fostering respect for differences and harmonious relationships without compromising Christian identity. Therefore, the christian school has a vital role in preparing an inclusive and tolerant generation that embodies the spirit of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity) in religious and social life.
